Jeannie is a 4th generation to help operate Fluetsch and Busby Insurance. Jeannie started at F&B in 1986, after she graduated from Merced High School. She has been a friendly & welcoming face at Fluetsch and Busby, just like her father Peter Fluetsch, for many years. Jeannie loves to sing in the choir, be an active member in the community and spend time with her family.

Doug Fluetsch is the 4th generation to own and operate Fluetsch and Busby Insurance. Doug was raised in Merced, and went to Merced High. From there, he went to Stanislaus State. Doug began at Fluetsch and Busby Insurance shortly after graduating college in 1993. Doug has been a leader here ever since, from working with his father, Peter Fluetsch, to his sister, Jeannie Bliss. Doug is also a cycling enthusiast, an active member in the community, and a great family man.
